ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN for a busy, mixed animal practice in Nashville, Arkansas. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented new associate who is comfortable with beef production medicine and ambulatory work as well as small animal medicine and surgery. Nashville Animal Hospital is privately owned and has 2 full-time veterinarians, 2 part-time veterinarians, 1 CVT and 1 VTS. We have excellent support staff with 7 veterinary assistants, 4 front office staff members, and an office manager. Our practice is approximately 45% small animal, 45% bovine, 8% equine, 2% small ruminant and swine. NAH is well equipped with both in-house and mobile digital x-ray, mobile ultrasound units, endoscopy, in-house blood chemistry and CBC machines, 2 digital microscopes, service trucks, a tilt hydraulic squeeze chute for haul-in as well as a portable hydraulic chute. This is an excellent career opportunity for a new graduate looking for mentorship or a seasoned practitioner looking for excellent support staff. We offer very competitive pay and benefits and pay all expenses required for licensure (CE, license fees, etc.). We are the only veterinary hospital in the community and also service a large rural region covering several counties. Howard County qualifies for the rural veterinary loan forgiveness program.
